1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in and participating in the programs offered by SydneySiders Academy & Club, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not register or participate in our programs.
2. Enrolment and Payment

2.1 Enrolment

Enrolment in our programs is on a first-come, first-served basis. A completed registration form and payment are required to secure a place in our programs.

2.2 Payment

All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and bank transfers. Please note that fees are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 7 below

3. Code of Conduct
Participants must always act respectfully and professionally. Offensive language, aggressive behavior, and any form of bullying will not be tolerated. Participants who fail to adhere to this code of conduct may be removed from the program without a refund.
4. Health & Safety

4.1 Medical Information (Medical Conditions and Special Needs)

Parents must declare any medical conditions or special needs upon registration, as our staff cannot manage special medical conditions or provide individualized care.

Parents or guardians are responsible for informing the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during enrolment.

4.2 Health and Safety Policies

The academy & club are committed to providing a safe environment for all participants. Our coaches are trained in first aid and emergency procedures. In the event of an injury, appropriate medical assistance will be sought immediately.

5. Liability
The academy & club will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of participants; however, participation in sports & recreation activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to waive, release, and hold harmless the academy, its staff, and representatives from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our programs.
6. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The academy & club are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Cancellations by the Academy

If academy or club cancels a program, all participants will receive a full refund

7.2 Cancellations by Participants

If a participant wishes to cancel their enrolment, they must provide written notice atleast 14 days prior to the commencement of the program. A partial refund may be granted at the discretion of the company.

8. Changes to Programs
The academy & club reserve the right to make changes to program schedules, content, and venues. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
9. Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe material on our website infringes your copyright, please contact us with: (a) A signature of the copyright owner or agent; (b) Identification of the infringing material; (c) Your contact information; (d) A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized; (e) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
10.Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property used or provided by the academy are the property of the academy. Participants and their guardians agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any such materials without the prior written consent of the academy.
11. Privacy Policy
The academy respects the privacy of its participants and their families. We are committed to protecting personal information and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the academy harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the website or participation in our programs, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any right of a third party.
13. No Warranties
The website and programs are provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The academy expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
14. Amendments to this Agreement
The academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use our website or participate in our programs after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian jurisdiction in which the academy operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. Photography and Marketing
We may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. Please inform management if you do not consent to your child's image being used.
17. Acknowledgment
By enrolling with SydneySiders Academy and/or by participating in programs organized by SydneySiders Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
