As per Academy policy, all paid lessons are non-refundable. Further, no make-up lessons, refunds, or credits will be provided for missed classes. A make-up lesson may only be issued in cases of medical necessity, such as injury or illness (evidence required).
In the rare event that a class is canceled by SydneySiders Academy, a make-up session will be offered or class credit will be carried forward to the next term.
If you are new to our academy, a one-time enrolment fee(non-refundable) of $49 (including GST) per child applies to all new registrations. This covers administration costs and includes a new uniform.
